Elenger is the largest privately-owned energy company in the Finland-Baltic region, serving over 400,000 customers across six markets. Elenger provides natural gas, biomethane, and electricity.
Gorodenkoff Productions was tasked with creating a prehistoric cave environment in Unreal Engine, as well as designing props for use in the commercial.

Brief: Create a commercial in order to promote the use of natural gas. Implement the idea that natural gas is the energy source of the new era.
Pre-Production
To achieve the desired visual, our art department crafted perfect props for the shoot, and the 3D environment artists rendered a complete restaurant space inside the cave.
We dedicated time to crafting individual faux stone decorations, tableware, and other prehistoric pieces to match the digital background. Our senior set designer used styrofoam and paint to make the pieces look like authentic ancient structures.
Behind-the-Scenes
Our virtual production studio was transformed into a prehistoric restaurant — soft sand floors, stone furniture, and Neanderthals enjoying a meal — with video production handled by our friends at Kuukulgur Film. A modern touch, convenient natural gas, arrived just in time.
